Resbaladera de yuca

Ingredients
½ yuca (cassava), peeled and cleaned
2 vanilla
4 sugar
4 cinnamon sticks
¼ ground cinnamon
1 white rum
2 dulce de leche
1 milk
2 condensed milk
ice to taste
Directions
  1. Cook the yuca with vanilla and cinnamon sticks for approximately 25 minutes, or until very soft.
  2. Once the yuca is cold, remove the cinnamon sticks and blend with milk, dulce de leche, condensed milk, rum, ice, ground cinnamon, and sugar.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Adjust flavor to taste.
  5. Serve in a glass and garnish as desired.
