yuca (cassava), peeled and cleaned

vanilla

sugar

cinnamon sticks

ground cinnamon

white rum

dulce de leche

milk

condensed milk
ice to taste
Directions
- Cook the yuca with vanilla and cinnamon sticks for approximately 25 minutes, or until very soft.
- Once the yuca is cold, remove the cinnamon sticks and blend with milk, dulce de leche, condensed milk, rum, ice, ground cinnamon, and sugar.
- Blend until smooth.
- Adjust flavor to taste.
- Serve in a glass and garnish as desired.
