Ingredients
1 kg cecina (dried beef)
1 kg potatoes
1 kg arracache
4 piece(s) peeled and processed heads of garlic
4 piece(s) chicken bouillon packets
1 tbsp black pepper
1 piece(s) hot pepper
Directions
  1. Cook cecina and process.
  2. Cook potatoes and arracache so they don't get too soft, chop finely.
  3. Fry garlic in oil until well golden, add other ingredients.
  4. Continue frying everything together over low heat for another half hour.
