Ingredients

beef loin, butterflied for stuffing (can be substituted with ground loin)

hard-boiled eggs
1
egg
carrot
sweet pepper in strips, to taste
Worcestershire sauce
cooking twine
Directions
- Marinating the meat: Two or three days ahead, marinate the meat with thyme, minced garlic, salt, Worcestershire sauce, basil, or any herbs you desire.
- It's important to remember that garlic is essential for flavoring the meat.
- Take the loin and spread it out to add the eggs, carrot, and sweet pepper.
- Then roll it up and sew it with twine.
- Wrap it in plantain leaves and boil for 45 minutes.
- Then remove it from the pot and place it in a baking dish to bake for 40 minutes at 350°F.
- Before putting it in the oven, it's necessary to remove the plantain leaves.
- When finished baking, remove it and take off the twine it was sewn with.
