Ingredients
1 beef loin, butterflied for stuffing (can be substituted with ground loin)
3 hard-boiled eggs
1 egg
carrot
sweet pepper in strips, to taste
Worcestershire sauce
cooking twine
Directions
  1. Marinating the meat: Two or three days ahead, marinate the meat with thyme, minced garlic, salt, Worcestershire sauce, basil, or any herbs you desire.
  2. It's important to remember that garlic is essential for flavoring the meat.
  3. Take the loin and spread it out to add the eggs, carrot, and sweet pepper.
  4. Then roll it up and sew it with twine.
  5. Wrap it in plantain leaves and boil for 45 minutes.
  6. Then remove it from the pot and place it in a baking dish to bake for 40 minutes at 350°F.
  7. Before putting it in the oven, it's necessary to remove the plantain leaves.
  8. When finished baking, remove it and take off the twine it was sewn with.
