Plátanos a la Gloria (Heavenly Plantains)

Ingredients
5 ripe plantains
½ cup(s) tapa de dulce syrup
2 powdered milk
1 cup(s) grated cheese
2 sugar
½ cup(s) natilla (Costa Rican sour cream)
½ butter
Directions
  1. In a skillet, melt the butter.
  2. Then peel the plantains and place them in the butter to brown.
  3. Split them in half and add the tapa de dulce syrup, powdered milk, cheese, natilla, and finally the sugar.
  4. Place the plantains in a baking dish and bake until the cheese melts and they are golden.
