cup(s) tapa de dulce syrup

powdered milk

cup(s) grated cheese

sugar

cup(s) natilla (Costa Rican sour cream)

Directions
- In a skillet, melt the butter.
- Then peel the plantains and place them in the butter to brown.
- Split them in half and add the tapa de dulce syrup, powdered milk, cheese, natilla, and finally the sugar.
- Place the plantains in a baking dish and bake until the cheese melts and they are golden.
