dozen medium plantains

ground beef

sprig(s) small celery
½
small roll of culantro (cilantro)

small onion

garlic cloves
½
small green pepper
salt
oil
Directions
- Cook the plantains with a little salt and let them cool.
- Fry the meat in a little oil with all the ingredients.
- Add the finely chopped plantains and salt to taste.
- Sweat for five minutes over low heat.
