Ingredients
1 dozen medium plantains
½ ground beef
1 sprig(s) small celery
½ small roll of culantro (cilantro)
1 small onion
2 garlic cloves
½ small green pepper
salt
oil
Directions
  1. Cook the plantains with a little salt and let them cool.
  2. Fry the meat in a little oil with all the ingredients.
  3. Add the finely chopped plantains and salt to taste.
  4. Sweat for five minutes over low heat.
