Ingredients
15 tender ears of corn and 20 tuzas (corn husks)
3 sugar
1/2 salt
Directions
  1. Grate the corn, grind it very finely in a corn grinding machine, add the other two ingredients. Wash and dry the tuzas, then place a tablespoon and a half of this preparation, fold the tuza so that it forms a small tamal; tie them in pairs with string, cook in a pot with boiling water for 20 minutes and ready. They are tastier when aged.
