Ingredients
1 flour
6 eggs
2 butter
1 1/2 cups of sugar
2 yeast
1/2 cup(s) warm water
1 cup(s) room temperature water
1 sugar
2 baking powder
Directions
  1. Mix the yeast with the 1/2 cup of warm water and 1 tablespoon of sugar, cover and let ferment for 10 minutes.
  2. Cream the sugar with the butter, then add the liquids and flour until kneading.
  3. Knead and let rise for 1 hour in a deep bowl, away from drafts. Once risen, shape into rolls as desired, placing them in previously greased pans. Let rise for one hour and then bake.
