1/2 kilos of yuca (cassava)

margarine

sugar

eggs

semi-hard cheese

vanilla
1/4
cup(s) milk

or 3 cups of flour

baking powder
Directions
- Grate the raw yuca, then in the mixer cream the egg whites.
- After this, add the yolks.
- With the sugar and butter (when this is well creamed), add the yuca, vanilla, milk, and baking powder with the flour.
- Beat well and lastly, fold in the grated cheese.
- Transfer to the mold and bake for 45 minutes at 250°C, until well browned.
