Ingredients
1 1/2 kilos of yuca (cassava)
2 margarine
2 sugar
4 eggs
1/2 semi-hard cheese
1 vanilla
1/4 cup(s) milk
2 or 3 cups of flour
3 baking powder
Directions
  1. Grate the raw yuca, then in the mixer cream the egg whites.
  2. After this, add the yolks.
  3. With the sugar and butter (when this is well creamed), add the yuca, vanilla, milk, and baking powder with the flour.
  4. Beat well and lastly, fold in the grated cheese.
  5. Transfer to the mold and bake for 45 minutes at 250°C, until well browned.
