Directions
- Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Add half a teaspoon of baking powder. Add the egg yolks one by one.
- Pour in two large spoonfuls of flour. Beat all the ingredients until a creamy batter forms.
- On a comal (griddle) with lard, pour this creamy batter until it cooks.
- In a pot, melt the lid of dulce until it cooks and transforms into 'punto' (syrup).
- Place the cooked cakes in the pot with the syrup and leave until the dulce penetrates the cake.
