Ceviche de pipa tierna

Ingredients
10 young coconuts (no water)
2 large onions
1 large sweet pepper
1 roll(s) cilantro
15 limes
salt to taste
Directions
  1. Extract the tender coconut from the shells and dice it together with the onion and sweet pepper into small cubes.
  2. Then chop the cilantro and mix everything in the lime juice, add salt to taste and let it rest for 1 hour.
  3. Serve cold.
  4. If desired, it can be accompanied with Worcestershire sauce and mayonnaise.
