young coconuts (no water)

large sweet pepper

roll(s) cilantro

salt to taste
Directions
- Extract the tender coconut from the shells and dice it together with the onion and sweet pepper into small cubes.
- Then chop the cilantro and mix everything in the lime juice, add salt to taste and let it rest for 1 hour.
- Serve cold.
- If desired, it can be accompanied with Worcestershire sauce and mayonnaise.
