cup(s) finely chopped onion

cup(s) ground Turrialba cheese
Directions
- In food processor, place hot guineos and rest of ingredients except onion, and process.
- Once processed, add onion and mix with hot spoon.
- In well-greased skillet, add spoonfuls of paste until golden.
- Serve hot at room temperature.
