Directions
- Sift all dry ingredients, beat the butter, sugar, tapa de dulce, oil, and eggs for 5 minutes, all together.
- Add the squash puree and the apple (optional).
- Add the dry ingredients alternating with the coffee.
- Add the raisins or mixed seeds and bake in the oven at 350°F for one hour.
