Ingredients
1 kg peeled sweet potatoes
cinnamon and cloves to taste
2 tsp vanilla
sugar to taste
2 L water
ice
Directions
  1. Cook sweet potatoes in water with cinnamon and cloves.
  2. Let cool and blend with vanilla, sugar, cooking water, and ice.
  3. Strain and add more water if needed.
  4. Serve very cold.
