Ingredients
3 large ñampís/taro roots (250 grams)
1 bottle(s) milk
ice
sugar
ground cinnamon
Directions
  1. Take the ñampís, wash them very well, then peel them.
  2. Cut them into small pieces and place in the blender with milk, ice, and sugar, blending very well.
  3. When you see the ingredients are frothy, turn off and pour the liquid into a pitcher and serve in glasses, sprinkling a little ground cinnamon on top.
  4. Simply: Exquisite and very nutritious!
