large ñampís/taro roots (250 grams)

bottle(s) milk
ice
sugar
ground cinnamon
Directions
- Take the ñampís, wash them very well, then peel them.
- Cut them into small pieces and place in the blender with milk, ice, and sugar, blending very well.
- When you see the ingredients are frothy, turn off and pour the liquid into a pitcher and serve in glasses, sprinkling a little ground cinnamon on top.
- Simply: Exquisite and very nutritious!
