Ingredients
1/2 cup(s) sugar
1 butter bar
1 cup(s) sour cream
4 egg yolks
1 pinch salt
3 flour
3 baking powder
guava jelly
Directions
  1. Cream butter bar with sugar, add egg yolks.
  2. Sift flour with baking powder and salt.
  3. Add margarine alternating with sour cream.
  4. Divide dough in two. Line pan with paper, grease, and place one part of dough.
  5. Cover with jelly. Cover with other part of dough.
  6. Sprinkle with sugar.
  7. Bake in preheated oven at 350°F until golden.
  8. Let cool and cut.
