cup(s) beans soaked overnight

piece(s) long scallion

piece(s) tomato

piece(s) wild cilantro or chillangua

tbsp oil or lard
pinch salt to taste
Directions
- From the day before, cook the plantain, drain the water and leave in a covered container.
- The next day grind it and dissolve in hot water to extract the starch.
- Separately, cook the beans with wild cilantro in enough water and add the ground plantain to continue cooking.
- Finally add a sauce of onion, tomato and salt, and continue cooking on low heat.
