500 gr fish fillet
2 tbsp salt
breadcrumbs or bread crumbs
2 clove(s) garlic, chopped
pinch pepper to taste
Directions
  1. Grind the fish, add salt and knead until sticky.
  2. After adding the other ingredients, form meatballs the size of a ping-pong ball.
  3. Pass them through the breadcrumbs and fry on low heat.
