1 cup(s) washed rice
8 cup(s) water
pinch sugar to taste
Directions
  1. Boil the rice in water until the grain almost disappears.
  2. Remove from heat and, when cooled, pass through a strainer.
  3. This rice water is mixed with the juice of any fruit and sugar is added to taste.
  4. Serve cold.
