gr purple beans, soaked overnight

pinch salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Cook the purple beans in 6 cups of salted water for approximately 1½ hours, until they begin to soften.
- Add to the pot the rice, oil, onion, garlic, salt and pepper, mix everything and leave over low heat until it begins to dry.
- Stir again, put over low heat and cover the pot until the preparation is completely dry.
