Ingredients
250 gr purple beans, soaked overnight
500 gr rice
1 piece(s) white onion, finely chopped
2 clove(s) garlic, finely chopped
2 tbsp oil
pinch salt and pepper to taste
Directions
  1. Cook the purple beans in 6 cups of salted water for approximately 1½ hours, until they begin to soften.
  2. Add to the pot the rice, oil, onion, garlic, salt and pepper, mix everything and leave over low heat until it begins to dry.
  3. Stir again, put over low heat and cover the pot until the preparation is completely dry.
