Ingredients
500 gr kernels from tender but firm corn
125 gr aged curd ground, or crumbled farmer's cheese
1/4 cup(s) yellow corn flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp melted butter
3 tbsp sugar or grated panela
1 tsp salt
ground cinnamon
ground cloves
enough fresh corn husks
Directions
  1. Grind corn kernels, either in grinding machine or blender; for this can add splash of milk or water to help with hydration.
