Ingredients
4 piece(s) medium potatoes
3 piece(s) medium chayotes
3 piece(s) hard-boiled eggs
2 tbsp tablespoons of vinegar
1 tbsp tablespoon of salt
1/4 kg green beans
1/2 kg carrots
Directions
  1. Cook the vegetables in water and salt.
  2. Dice the vegetables into small cubes and add the vinegar and mayonnaise.
  3. Refrigerate for half an hour before serving.
