gr guava paste (bocadillo), chopped

gr panela (unrefined cane sugar), grated

tbsp yeast, dissolved in a little warm water
pinch salt to taste
corn husks (leaves)
Directions
- Remove the kernels from the cobs, grind the kernels, knead with the butter, panela and yeast.
- Let the dough rest for 3 hours.
- Prepare the corn husks: put a little dough, on top a piece of guava paste and another of cuajada.
- Cover with a little more dough and close, wrap and tie.
- Cook for 3 hours in water to cover them, adding hot water when necessary.
