Directions
- Remove the shell from the turtle, clean, cut into pieces and cook in water for 2 hours.
- Remove and sauté in the refrito for 15 minutes.
- Add the potatoes, rice and part of the plantain masa, mix, incorporate the coconut milk, eggs, salt, pepper and cumin.
- Prepare the shell by covering the holes of the extremities and edges with the remaining mashed plantain.
- Pour the entire preparation into the shell and bake in a preheated 300° oven for 30 minutes.
