Directions
- Prepare a cream with the milk, cream, vanilla, eggs, and sugar.
- Cook over low heat, without letting it boil.
- Cut the mojicones in half and place them in a well-buttered mold; add small pieces of guava paste and more mojicones, pour all the previously prepared cream over everything, and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 40 minutes.
- Let cool and unmold.
