Directions
- Relax loin well, then season with oregano, garlic, bouillon, pepper, and salt.
- Leave marinating two days in refrigerator. Then clean and stuff with rice. Fry potatoes in lard with achiote, and peel hard-boiled eggs and cut into four slices. When ready, wrap well and tie with twine. Cook covered with water until tender.
