Ingredients
2 kg pork loin
5 piece(s) hard-boiled eggs
5 piece(s) medium potatoes
1 cup(s) rice cooked with achiote
2 piece(s) chicken bouillon packets
3 clove(s) garlic
oregano
pinch pepper and salt to taste

Directions
  1. Relax loin well, then season with oregano, garlic, bouillon, pepper, and salt.
  2. Leave marinating two days in refrigerator. Then clean and stuff with rice. Fry potatoes in lard with achiote, and peel hard-boiled eggs and cut into four slices. When ready, wrap well and tie with twine. Cook covered with water until tender.
