gr flake pasta

gr potatoes, peeled and cut into matchsticks

tbsp parsley
pinch salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In the boiling broth cook the carrots and potatoes for about 25 minutes until tender.
- Roll the flake pasta very thin with a rolling pin and cut into 2 cm squares.
- Add to the soup, along with salt and pepper, and let boil 10 minutes.
- Serve with parsley sprinkled on each plate.
