1 piece(s) bottle (750 ml) fresh beef blood
6 piece(s) medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 piece(s) bunch of guascas (Colombian herb)
2 tbsp finely chopped cilantro
pinch salt and cumin to taste
Directions
  1. Cook squabs with vegetables.
  2. Season and simmer until tender.
  3. Serve hot.
