gr potatoes, peeled and diced

Directions
- In a soup pot heat the hogao and oil and sauté the beans for 10 minutes.
- Add the broth, cover and let cook for 1 hour.
- Add the potatoes, carrot, corn, salt and pepper and cook covered for 30 minutes.
- Serve with sprinkled cilantro and accompany with white rice and arepas.
