12 cup(s) basic broth
1 kg lamb testicles
250 gr cooked peas
500 gr potatoes, peeled and chopped
250 gr carrots, grated
3 piece(s) green onion stalks
pinch salt and cumin to taste
Directions
  1. Steam the testicles in little water for 1 hour.
  2. Remove and cut into thin slices (or chop) and cook in the broth with the rest of the ingredients for about 30 minutes, until the potatoes are soft.
