pinch cumin, pepper and salt to taste
Directions
- Picadillo 2 bell peppers, red and green, finely chopped · 4 scallion stalks, finely chopped · 2 cloves garlic, chopped · 4 criollo peppers, chopped.
- Put shrimp to cook in boiling water until they turn red (about 3 minutes).
- Remove, peel, remove heads which are ground crushing them with grinding stone (or blend) and return to broth.
- Add potatoes, spaghetti, vegetable picadillo and seasonings.
- When potatoes and spaghetti are tender (or have cooked about 25 minutes) return shrimp, add capers and their vinegar, stir and serve with hard-boiled egg slices and coscorrones, both sprinkled on top.
