Ingredients

salt
oregano
garlic
banana vinegar
ginger
Directions
- Take strips of meat, add salt, oregano, garlic, banana vinegar and ginger and chop them well.
- Let rest for about 2 days so that when hanging it over the smoke the salt doesn't fall off.
- Start the fire with plenty of wood until it only gives off smoke, no flames.
- Two days later as the meat dries, hang it on a wire or rod and turn it on both sides.
