Directions
- Heat the water and sugar together.
- After one minute of boiling, turn off the heat and let the syrup cool.
- Squeeze the lemons, mix the juice with the syrup and the peel of 1 lemon.
- Put back on heat to warm to lukewarm, stirring so it's well homogeneous.
- Let cool completely before filtering and bottling.
- Preparation time 20 minutes.
- Cooking time 5 minutes.
- Keeps for up to 2 years.
