2 cup(s) rice
2 milk
0.25 stick of margarine
1 can(s) sweetened condensed milk
2 packages María cookies
2 tbsp flour
cloves
cinnamon sticks to taste
nutmeg
hibiscus
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup(s) sugar
1 pinch salt
Directions
  1. In a heavy pot, place the selected rice to soak for half an hour, then put it to cook over high heat with water until it covers the rice. When it begins to dry, add the salt and spices, then the milk little by little along with the margarine, stirring it from time to time so that the wooden spoon doesn't stick, and add the sugar. When it's ready, meaning a bit soft, in half a cup of milk blend the cookie, the flour and the vanilla and continue stirring until the rice is soft. Remove from heat, add the condensed milk.
