sweet potato

water

cinnamon sticks
juice of one lime
sugar and ice to taste
Directions
- Peel the camote and cook in water with cinnamon. When soft, blend with the reduced cooking water.
- Remove the cinnamon sticks, add lime juice, sugar, and ice to taste.
- Strain and ready.
- Serve very cold.
