Refresco de camote en agua con limón

Ingredients
½ sweet potato
3 water
2 cinnamon sticks
juice of one lime
sugar and ice to taste
Directions
  1. Peel the camote and cook in water with cinnamon. When soft, blend with the reduced cooking water.
  2. Remove the cinnamon sticks, add lime juice, sugar, and ice to taste.
  3. Strain and ready.
  4. Serve very cold.
