Ingredients
3 and a half of corn
3 meat
1 onion
1 roll(s) cilantro
2 celery
1 head(s) garlic
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
  1. Cook the corn with ash or lime until the corn peels.
  2. Then wash it.
  3. The next day put the corn to burst open.
  4. Cook the meat and cut it into small pieces and mix it with the corn.
  5. Then add onion, cilantro, celery, salt and pepper to taste and boil everything together.
  6. Makes 40 servings.
