Directions
- Cook the corn with ash or lime until the corn peels.
- Then wash it.
- The next day put the corn to burst open.
- Cook the meat and cut it into small pieces and mix it with the corn.
- Then add onion, cilantro, celery, salt and pepper to taste and boil everything together.
- Makes 40 servings.
