Ingredients
1 corn
½ meat
1 pork skin
1 sprig(s) celery
cilantro
1 sweet chile
oregano
salt
Directions
  1. Cook the corn one day before with lime.
  2. Then leave it in water.
  3. The next day cook it with the pork skin and meat.
  4. Finally add the seasonings.
