Ingredients
1 lard
2 cracked corn
1 rice
½ meat
2 large peppers
½ green beans
½ carrot
3 garlic
cilantro, celery, and salt to taste
leaves banana
Directions
  1. Cook the corn.
  2. Once cooked, grind it and strain it.
  3. Once processed, add seasonings, meat broth, and the lard.
  4. Next, cook the rice with normal processing, simply without adding excessive seasonings.
  5. Then, blanch the green beans and carrot for fifteen minutes and proceed to chop them into approximately three-centimeter pieces.
  6. Chop the pepper with the measurement mentioned above.
  7. Prepare the leaves, place the masa on the leaf and add the rice, meat, pepper, green beans, and carrot.
  8. Wrap and proceed to cook them.
  9. The cooking time is approximately one and a half hours.
