Directions
- Cook the corn.
- Once cooked, grind it and strain it.
- Once processed, add seasonings, meat broth, and the lard.
- Next, cook the rice with normal processing, simply without adding excessive seasonings.
- Then, blanch the green beans and carrot for fifteen minutes and proceed to chop them into approximately three-centimeter pieces.
- Chop the pepper with the measurement mentioned above.
- Prepare the leaves, place the masa on the leaf and add the rice, meat, pepper, green beans, and carrot.
- Wrap and proceed to cook them.
- The cooking time is approximately one and a half hours.
