Ingredients
2 cup(s) basic broth [see p. 280]
1 kg beef lips, chopped
500 gr potatoes, peeled and chopped
1 piece(s) calado squash, grated
1/2 cup(s) hogo (Colombian tomato-onion sauce) [see p. 319]
Directions
  1. Cook everything in the broth for 40 minutes over medium heat.
  2. When the water evaporates, a stew should remain.
  3. Serve with rice.
