Directions
- Peel plantains and cook in salted water. When tender, drain and chop.
- Cook meat with aromatics until tender and chop.
- Heat oil and fry garlic with achiote. Add meat, then plantain.
- Season with bouillon, cumin, Worcestershire sauce, and salt.
- Let simmer over low heat.
