8 piece(s) medium river fish
8 piece(s) lulos chocoanos, peeled and cut into slices
4 tbsp oil (or butter)
4 tbsp lime juice
salt and pepper
Directions
  1. Clean the fish very well and rub with oil (or butter), lime, salt and pepper.
  2. Open through the belly and stuff with the slices of lulos chocoanos; grill on both sides and serve with rice, yuca and boiled plantains.
