enough oil for frying
pinch salt to taste
Directions
- Peel the plantains and break them into three pieces with the help of hands and nails.
- Heat the oil and fry the plantain pieces until they begin to brown.
- Remove, drain excess oil and bring to a board or greased flat surface. Flatten them one by one to, immediately, pass them through salted water, drain and put them back carefully in the oil.
- Let brown, remove and drain.
