Ingredients
4 piece(s) green plantains
enough oil for frying
pinch salt to taste
Directions
  1. Peel the plantains and break them into three pieces with the help of hands and nails.
  2. Heat the oil and fry the plantain pieces until they begin to brown.
  3. Remove, drain excess oil and bring to a board or greased flat surface. Flatten them one by one to, immediately, pass them through salted water, drain and put them back carefully in the oil.
  4. Let brown, remove and drain.
