Ingredients
1 piece(s) firm ripe papaya
2 piece(s) lemon-flavored gelatin packets, dissolved in 2 cups boiling water
1 cup(s) green grapes cut in half
1 cup(s) melon chopped in cubes
1 cup(s) apple, peeled and chopped in small cubes
pinch sugar to taste
drops of lemon
Directions
  1. Peel the papaya and cut the tip in such a way that, with the help of a knife or a long cocktail spoon, the seeds can be removed. Avoid damaging the papaya walls, which at this moment are set aside.
  2. Separately, in a bowl mix the chopped fruits and lemon drops with gelatin, adding sugar to taste.
  3. Fill the papaya with the gelatin and fruit mixture, wrap in plastic wrap or aluminum foil, and refrigerate for 24 hours so the gelatin sets.
  4. The next day remove the papaya from the refrigerator and remove the plastic wrap. Can be brought complete to the table and cut into thick portions.
