Traditional paella with seafood and meats.

Ingredients
1 pound of rice
1 pound of shrimp
2 sliced sweet peppers
2 peeled sweet peppers
1 can of peppers
1 tsp teaspoon of garlic essence
2 peeled tomatoes
1/2 pound of tender and fresh peas
1 2 1/2 pound chicken
1/2 pound of pork ribs
1 can of tuna
2 finely chopped onion
a pinch of achiote
1 can of peas
2 tbsp tablespoons of capers
6 tbsp tablespoons of oil
12 olives which can be omitted
2 tsp teaspoons of salt
1 tsp teaspoon of ajinomoto
Directions
  1. In a saucepan, add a teaspoon of oil, lightly brown the rice, onion, and garlic; add the broths.
  2. Then add the rest of the ingredients and the already cooked meats.
