Directions
  1. Clean the shrimp.
  2. Then blend the coconut and strain to extract the milk, which is deposited in a pan together with the hogao.
  3. Put on the heat and, when boiling, add the shrimp letting boil for 15 minutes.
  4. Serve with boiled ripe plantain and rice.
