Directions
- Clean the shrimp.
- Then blend the coconut and strain to extract the milk, which is deposited in a pan together with the hogao.
- Put on the heat and, when boiling, add the shrimp letting boil for 15 minutes.
- Serve with boiled ripe plantain and rice.
