Ingredients
2 piece(s) manos de mojarras (8 fish)
2 piece(s) garlic heads, crushed
5 piece(s) lemons
pinch salt to taste
1 tbsp wheat flour
oil for frying
Directions
  1. Remove the scales from the fish, wash well and season with 2 crushed garlic heads, salt and lemon juice. Put in a bowl to drain.
  2. When the fish are quite dry, add wheat flour to prevent them from sticking to the pan while frying.
  3. Put to fry in a skillet with very hot oil. When the mojarras are golden, remove them, leaving them on napkins that absorb the grease.
