Ingredients
10 fresh corn cobs
1 lid(s) tapa de dulce (unrefined cane sugar cake)
Directions
  1. Grind the corn and leave it in water for 2 to 3 days.
  2. Then strain it through a very fine cloth and let it settle for 6 hours.
  3. Then pour out the water and take what remains at the bottom of the container, then put it to cook lightly, stirring it for about an hour and add the grated tapa de dulce or sugar until it thickens.
