Ingredients
1/2 piece(s) liter of chicha
6 tbsp corn flour
1/4 piece(s) quarter pound of panela
pinch cheese to taste, cut in small cubes
pinch bread to taste, cut in small cubes
Directions
  1. Add to the chicha 6 tablespoons of corn flour to thicken it.
  2. Boil together with the panela.
  3. Once it boils, the mazamorra is ready to serve. Add the cheese and bread cubes to the plate.
