cup(s) any jelly or jam (blackberry is most commonly used)

Directions
- Beat the butter with the sugar until creamy.
- Beat the eggs and add little by little to the previous mixture.
- Add the flour, baking powder and zest, alternating with the orange juice.
- Pour into three equal molds, greased and floured, bake in preheated oven at 300° until inserting a knife comes out clean (approximately 30 minutes).
- Remove and let rest, unmold and put enough jam on each layer; assemble and sprinkle with refined sugar.
- Let rest and serve.
