Directions
- Clean tenderloin well and rub with lemon, oil, vinegar, pepper and mustard, and let rest for 2 hours.
- In deep pan heat oil and butter, add tenderloin and fry for 15 minutes on both sides.
- Add onions, salt and sauté for 10 minutes.
- Pour wine, cover, lower to low heat and let cook for 10 minutes.
- Serve with dry white rice and finely chopped parsley sprinkled on top.
