Ingredients
1500 gr beef tenderloin (1 1/2 kg)
4 piece(s) white onions, peeled and sliced
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp vinegar
1/2 cup(s) water
1 tbsp mustard
125 gr butter
1/4 cup(s) oil
1 piece(s) glass of dry red wine
pinch salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Clean tenderloin well and rub with lemon, oil, vinegar, pepper and mustard, and let rest for 2 hours.
  2. In deep pan heat oil and butter, add tenderloin and fry for 15 minutes on both sides.
  3. Add onions, salt and sauté for 10 minutes.
  4. Pour wine, cover, lower to low heat and let cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Serve with dry white rice and finely chopped parsley sprinkled on top.
