Directions
- Bring water to a boil and cook the lobsters for 10 minutes.
- Remove and drain. Cut the shell removing the meat whole, which is left to cool before cutting it into slices or rounds.
- Prepare a sauce with lime juice, tomatoes, onion, vinegar, salt and pepper, and in this marinate the lobster slices.
- Serve with soda crackers. It is recommended to buy lobster tails since this is where the meat is found, especially considering that these crustaceans are sold by weight and the price is high. Whole lobsters should be bought if the heads and claws will be used in the preparation.
